Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before processing your first withdrawal. You'll need to upload:

Withdrawal Questions

Log into your account, go to the Withdrawal section, enter the amount you wish to withdraw, select your preferred payment method, and confirm. Your KYC must be verified before your first withdrawal is processed. Once approved, funds are sent directly to your JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank account.

The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. This ensures that transaction costs are proportionate to the amount withdrawn. There is no daily maximum on standard accounts, though VIP players may have elevated limits. Check your account profile for your specific tier limits.

Most withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed within 15–60 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business hours. During peak periods or weekends, processing may extend slightly.
